Matthew and Linda now work alongside their son and daughter-in-law, Tyler and Hannah Waterman, combining decades of experience with fresh ideas and a shared passion for hospitality. Together, they continue the family legacy while ensuring every event receives the same dedication and attention to detail that Sweetwater has been known for since the beginning.

In 2009, Sweetwater expanded its services by taking over management of The Grand Unity Event Center, creating a seamless event experience where venue, catering, planning, and event coordination come together under one roof.
